Turkey Work Permit
Document required for Turkey Work permit
Step 1
Candidate must send us following documents :
- Copy passport
- Copy of resident permit (if any)
- 1 scanned photo
- Copy of last diploma validated (if employee is an engineer, he must send us a copy of his engineer’s diploma + last diploma before it)
- Resume
- Work permit application fullfilled (in attached file)
Step 2
We’ll submit him our employment contract for signature.
Candidate must send us immediately original version (and 4 photos) via Kargo or DHL.
Step 3
As soon as we have received signed contract, we’ll submit officially Work Permit request to Turkish authorities.
Normal duration : 5 weeks. But please note, that sometimes timing is more 7-9 weeks than 5 weeks. It really depends on availability of Turkish authorities.
Step 1

Step 2
We will send him a signed employment contract + a letter including job title, salary amount and social security information + an invitation letter precising that we’re inviting him to work in Turkey
He must present it to his local Turkish consulate* (it can be also any Turkish Consulate in any countries where candidate has a resident permit). Then, Turkish consulate will indicate him an application number for work permit. Immediately, he must send us this registration number, and we’ll add it to his application form as requested by Turkish authorities.
*Please check with Consulate document requested.
Step 3
Candidate must send us immediately original version via DHL to our address
Step 4

Step 5
After validation of your Work Permit candidate will have to pay application fees to his Consulate (approx. 200/300 Euros). Then, we’ll receive official Work Permit.
Step 6
Candidate must register himself at the « Nüfus müdürlüğü » of his district of residence and provide his rental agreement.
